It is said that there are 7 senses not five ... In reality there are even more! ... There is the sense of creation, the sense of discovery, the sense of life and common sense perhaps ... just to name a few. . With this work, La Boîte à Biscuits by Lior Lev Sercarz together with Mónica Vélez, the seventh guest artist, propose us to wander through the world of imagination and possibilities, with a permission to redefine, each and every day of the week, a new version of “what a sense is”. The feminine focused work of Monica is expressed through metaphors. The mediums used to formulate the work are objects, installations, photography, video and printing. The hard and soft bodies generate a provocative seduction game between the object and the viewer that involves all the human senses. The collection consists of six different biscuits, each with a distinct name and presented with its own complementary, collectible art piece by MONICA VELEZ. The biscuits are available individually, or as the SEVEN OUT OF SEVEN ... Collection - a tasting of all six biscuits. By acquiring all six boxes you will be able to walk through your own personal art show. |
